For a lot of people, watching a team that is the butt of jokes and known for losing would not sound like a lot of fun, but I was raised to be a Raiders fan. I’ve loved watching the Raiders play since I was a little girl growing up in Southern California. Now that I live in the south, it is much more difficult to catch Raiders games on tv out in public. I use my nfl package on cable to tune in to all of the games that are broadcast, because it is one of my favorite things to do during the fall.
I’ve always loved inviting people over, grilling out and watching the Raiders play on tv. I especially love watching the Raiders play the Chargers. Since most of my friends are Chargers fans, this matchup is one of the most interesting to catch. While I love watching games live, I try to make catching them on tv just as much fun. There will never be anything that compares to catching a game at the stadium, but watching the Raiders play with a large group of friends on a Saturday afternoon is a close second.
